Every person who steps into my studio brings a different story.
Some arrive excited. Some arrive nervous. Some tell me they’ve never felt comfortable in front of a camera. And one of my favorite parts of what I do is watching that hesitation slowly disappear as the session unfolds.
At Portraits by Elay, I want you to leave with more than beautiful photographs. I want you to remember how you felt while we were creating them: guided, cared for, celebrated, and completely yourself.

I’ve always been camera-shy for 18 years because I believed I was naturally unphotogenic. But having a photoshoot session with Ms. Elay truly changed that. It helped me overcome that fear and even heal a part of myself. 💖
I really admire her passion and creativity. You can genuinely see how much she loves expressing her artistry, and because of that, the whole experience felt so comfortable and natural for me. I also deeply appreciated how thoughtful she was in personalizing the shoot and even surprising me with special touches that made the experience even more memorable.
Ms. Elay was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the session. She guided me through poses, helped me find my best angles, and constantly boosted my confidence despite how awkward and insecure I felt at first.
